Which browsers support WOFF2?

All current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and Opera, on desktop and mobile. Internet Explorer does not, which is why your download also includes WOFF and TTF fallbacks.

Can I use only the WOFF2 file?

Yes, if you only target modern browsers. Remove the other sources from the @font-face rule in the CSS file and delete the font files you no longer need.
